1. Order Processing

All items are made to order. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Fridays or during weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

2. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. During holidays or periods of high carrier volume, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery.

3. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Each item is made to order, pressed and packed by hand. I inspect every shirt personally and never ship defective products.

If something arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days with photos and I’ll make it right. I’m a one-person shop, so your understanding helps me stay small and intentional.

4. Cancellations

Each shirt is made to order, and I often begin preparing your items shortly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. While cancellations aren’t guaranteed, I’m happy to help if production hasn’t started.

5. Digital Products

At this time, we do not offer digital products. If digital items become available in the future, all digital sales will be final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and content on this site are original and owned by Doodle Whimsy Shop. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission. Unauthorized use of my work is not allowed and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doodle Whimsy Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website or any of its products — including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or data. All products are provided “as is” and used at the customer’s own risk.

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and waive any claims to the contrary.

8. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at my discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or violations of shop policies. I run this shop with care and intention, and I appreciate your understanding.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date at the top. It’s your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of those changes.
