All sales are final. Each item is made to order, pressed and packed by hand. I inspect every product personally and never ship defective items.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me at doodlewhimsyshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so I can help resolve the issue.
Please double-check your sizing, design, and color selections before placing your order, as I’m unable to offer replacements for items ordered in the wrong size, design, or color.
